2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are processed securely through authorised payment providers
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is confirmed or shipped
  • Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and may be updated without prior notice; price changes do not affect orders already confirmed
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
  • We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a listing error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship only within the United States
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–7 business days
  • Shipping is free on all orders
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
  • Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's cost

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached
  • Returns are made by mail using a prepaid return label we provide once your return is approved. There are no return shipping or restocking fees
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewellery where the hygiene seal or tags have been removed
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item reaching us, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to post the funds
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order
  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped

5. Product Information and Sizing

We aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions, including size, colour, and fabric composition. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions.

Sizing varies between manufacturers and styles. Please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering, as measurements are the most reliable guide to fit.

Garments should be cared for according to the instructions on their label. We are not responsible for damage resulting from washing, wear, alteration, or handling after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
